Bellevue College Summer Science Camp
Welcome to Bellevue College's (BC) Summer Science Camp website.
The Summer Science Camp seeks to create a sense of enthusiasm and inquisitiveness about science in incoming fifth and sixth graders. We offer "hands-on, minds-on" experiences in a variety of scientific disciplines, including astronomy, biology, botany, chemistry, earth science, physics and more.
Our thirteenth annual Science camp will be August 13 - 17, 2012 on the campus of Bellevue College and the surrounding environs. Bellevue College Faculty and staff conduct all learning activities.
Students may enroll in either the morning
(9:00 AM-12:30 PM) or the afternoon (1:00-4:30 PM)
session. Each 1/2 day session is $225.00.
A $50.00 deposit is due at the time of
registration. Tuition must be paid in
full by July 16, 2012.
Registration is now open. Enrollments are accepted on a first-come, first-served basis.
Update 4/27/12: The morning session is full. Please register for the afternoon session.
Financial Assistance (partial scholarships) is available for those campers who qualify for free or reduced fare school lunches. Please send proof of eligibility and the $50.00 deposit along with your registration forms to be considered.
A list of the activities planned for this year's Summer Science Camp
will be posted shortly before the camp begins.
