There are two scoring methods for this one. It may be OK to apply either of them, just do not apply them both to the same answer.
Correctly get an equation for the total range 2 points
Correctly get an equation for the total time 2 points
Apply geometric series formula to solve 1 point

or

Correctly get an equation for L1 and T1 for the first bounce 2 points
Correctly extend equations to n bounces 2 points
Apply geometric series formula to solve 1 point
