In this type of problem, some very clever ideas sometimes can come out
that are very different than our thought about the solution. A consensus
of judges can award points for cleaver ideas that do not fall into this
rubric
Scoring Rubric:
Wo is correct in some appropriate units. 2 points
Symmetry argument that correctly leads to w = zero on path marked by
"x" in sketch. 2 points
Path independence of work calculation leads to final solution. 1 point
