LEED Building
S-Building Plant List
Introduction
One of the LEED credits on the S-Building is the use of drought tolerant plants to reduce water use on the building grounds. Below is a list of the plants that are being used on the site. Each plant includes it's scientific name, common name and taxonomic family.
Samples of each of these plants will be labeled on the S-Building grounds (once the building opens in the spring), and once the plants have become established we will include photographs of them on the web site.
