Our textbook and the other materials we are using in this class are being developed for the Open Course Library Project. The goal of this project is to create materials that will be freely available (on the web) to anyone who wants to use or modify them (and not have to pay $200 for a calculus book). The textbook sections, in color, are available in pdf format at the bottom of this page. A printed text is available from lulu.com for about $15.
